RETURNS / CANCELLATION POLICY

All goods hired or sold through our website are carefully inspected before being transported.

Refund
In the event that you are unsatisfied with the equipment or have accidentally ordered the wrong machine, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will endeavour to supply you with a suitable replacement machine if required and available (an additional delivery charge may be applicable in this case). Alternatively, we will refund the cost of purchase, and fewer delivery costs if the item is returned within 7 days (or if a hire, within the hire terms, whichever is the soonest), in its original condition. A refund will be paid to your credit card, by BACS or by cheque, depending on the method used to make the purchase less a 15% re-stocking fee. Please remember that return costs for delivery and insurance must be borne by the purchaser.

Cancellation
In the event that you change your mind before the item is dispatched, your card will be refunded in full less a 10% admin and finance cost, a minimum of £5.00. If the item has been dispatched then the Refund Process will be followed

Our Right to Terminate
Cleaning Equipment Services Ltd may terminate this Contract if you are in breach of any Terms of this Contract or we have reason to believe that you may be insolvent.
If we decide to terminate this Contract we will collect the Equipment and you authorize us to enter any property for this purpose.
