1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
- The item is faulty, defective, or not as described.
- For rental machines, returns must comply with the terms of the rental agreement.
Please note: Special order or bespoke items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).
- Our team will provide return instructions, including the return address and shipping guidelines.
3. Refunds & Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
- A 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund, except where the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same model due to a fault or defect, please contact us, and we will arrange a replacement where possible.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- For large or heavy items, we can arrange collection at an additional cost.
- Ensure that returned items are adequately packed to prevent damage during transit, as we cannot issue refunds for items damaged due to improper packaging.
